Return & Exchange Policy

At AHR Collection, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unstitched, in its original condition, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products. Once your returned item is approved, you can place a new order for your preferred color or product.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Used, washed, stitched, or altered fabrics

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
